Business Lines

In Real Bizz, you can create one or more business lines (divisions) within each enterprise. For example, a coal mine will have a single “mining crew” division. To get started:

• Hire Employees & Buy Equipment
  Click into the division, hire your staff, and purchase the required equipment for them to work on. Tip: For 100% efficiency, your equipment count must be a multiple of your employee count. A built-in hint will show you the optimal ratio.
• View Economic Metrics
  See fixed costs—wages, utilities, building maintenance, etc.—right in the panel to plan your budget.
• Train Your Team
  Compare your employees’ education level against the equipment’s quality. If education < equipment quality, schedule additional training or your efficiency will drop—and so will your output (raising per-unit cost).
• Check Your Status Lights
  When all three core stats (staffing, equipment ratio, training) turn green, you’re at peak efficiency.
• Monitor Your Product
  The current product being produced is displayed in each business line panel.
• Scale with Multiple Lines
  Manufacturing enterprises often need one business line per product. You can only open a new line if you have a free “level slot.”
• Earn Level Slots
  Positive weekly results (revenue & profit) fuel your level progress bar. Upon leveling up, you gain a free slot to either add a new line or upgrade an existing one.
• Improve Capacity
  As your enterprise level rises, you unlock additional employee positions and equipment slots—meaning higher overall production.
