Welcome to Real Bizz – the online business simulator (the “Service”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and all related digital offerings (collectively, the “Platform”). By visiting, interacting with, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy [LINK]. If you do not agree, please do not use or access our Platform.

1. ACCESS & ACCOUNT

1.1 Eligibility. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Platform.
1.2 Account Information. To create an account or make a purchase, you may be asked to provide email, payment, and other information. You warrant that all information is accurate, current, and complete.
1.3 Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account.

2. DIGITAL GOODS & LICENSING

2.1 Scope. These Terms apply exclusively to digital goods delivered electronically (e.g., in-game currency such as Gold Points, downloadable content, virtual assets).
2.2 License Grant. Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, worldwide license to use the digital goods strictly for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
2.3 Restrictions. You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code or assets.

  • Distribute, sublicense, rent, or otherwise transfer digital goods.

  • Circumvent any technological protection measures.

3. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

3.1 Order Acceptance. By placing an order, you offer to purchase digital goods. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order in our sole discretion. An order is only accepted when we confirm it and charge your payment method.
3.2 Pricing & Taxes. Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes; you are responsible for all applicable taxes.
3.3 Payment. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use that payment method.
3.4 No Chargebacks. You agree not to initiate a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us; unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of your account.

4. DELIVERY & ACCESS

4.1 Instant Delivery. Digital goods are delivered electronically or credited to your account immediately upon payment confirmation.
4.2 Access Issues. If you cannot access purchased content due to a Platform error, contact us at customer-service@realbizzgame.com within 7 days of purchase. We will restore access or credit you with equivalent digital goods.
4.3 EU Consumer Right. Under EU law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal only if you have not begun downloading or streaming. By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that this withdrawal right is waived once download or streaming begins.

5. REFUNDS & UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS

5.1 Final Sale. All digital-goods purchases are final and non-refundable, except for verified unauthorized transactions.
5.2 Unauthorized Transaction Procedure:

  1. Obtain written proof from your bank or card issuer of the unauthorized charge.

  2. Email that proof to customer-service@realbizzgame.com within 60 days of the transaction date.

  3. Upon verification, we will refund the unauthorized amount to your original payment method.
    5.3 No Other Refunds. No refunds will be issued for buyer’s remorse, changes of mind, or failure to use purchased content.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1 Ownership. All Platform content—including code, graphics, sounds, text, and trademarks—is owned by Real Bizz or its licensors and protected by law.
6.2 No Implied Rights. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights under our patents, trademarks, or copyrights, except for the limited license in Section 2.

7. OPTIONAL TOOLS & INTEGRATIONS

We may provide access to third-party tools (e.g., payment processors, analytics). Those tools are provided “as-is” without warranty. Your use of such tools is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms.

8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Platform may contain links to third-party sites. We do not control, endorse, or assume liability for those sites’ content, privacy practices, or accuracy. Visiting them is at your own risk.

9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Real Bizz is powered by Shopify. Any purchases you make are by and between you and Real Bizz. Shopify is not responsible for order fulfillment, customer service, or any aspect of your purchase.

10. PRIVACY POLICY

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy [LINK] and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to these practices.

11. FEEDBACK

Any feedback or ideas you submit become our property, and you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose without obligation.

12. ERRORS, INACCURACIES & OMISSIONS

We strive for accuracy but may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without notice, including after an order is placed.

13. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You may not use the Platform to:

  • Violate any law or third-party right.

  • Transmit malware, spam, or harassing content.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data.

  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform.

14. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or refusal of payment. Upon termination, all licenses end and you must cease use of all digital goods.

15. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE PLATFORM AND DIGITAL GOODS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY—EXPRESS OR IMPLIED—INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REAL BIZZ AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR DIGITAL GOODS.

17. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Real Bizz, Shopify, and our respective officers, directors, and agents from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform.

18. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

19. WAIVER & ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. These Terms (and policies incorporated by reference) constitute the entire agreement between you and Real Bizz regarding the Platform.

20. ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may freely assign these Terms without notice.

21. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Real Bizz is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and Real Bizz consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

22. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at our discretion. We will notify you of material changes via email or the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
