Digital Goods Return & Refund Policy


1. Scope

This policy applies exclusively to digital goods, including—but not limited to—in-game currencies (e.g. Gold Points), downloadable content, virtual items, and any product that is delivered electronically.


2. Final Sale of Digital Goods

All purchases of digital goods are final and non-refundable, except in the case of a proven unauthorized transaction (see Section 4). By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you will receive access immediately and waive any right to cancel or return the digital content.


3. Delivery & Access Issues

If you fail to receive or access your digital purchase due to a technical error on our end (e.g., broken download link, failure to credit your account):

  1. Contact us within 7 days of purchase at customer-service@realbizzgame.com.

  2. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  3. We’ll investigate and either re-deliver the content or credit your account with the equivalent digital goods.

No other remedies (including cash refunds) are available for delivery issues beyond re-delivery or account credit.


4. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a charge for digital goods was made without your authorization:

  1. Contact your bank or card issuer to obtain written proof of the unauthorized charge.

  2. Email that proof to customer-service@realbizzgame.com within 60 days of the transaction date.

  3. Upon verification, we will issue a refund for the unauthorized amount back to your original payment method.

Digital purchases made by you or anyone using your account credentials do not qualify for a refund under this provision.


5. Consumer Rights (European Union)

Under EU law, you may have the right to withdraw from a contract for digital content within 14 days only if you have not started the download or streaming. By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose this withdrawal right as soon as the download or streaming begins.
